Come meet Carthage’s Emergency Personnel. See their vehicles, take pictures and sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge! Police K-9 Demonstrations will be in Central Park throughout the program.

Clifford, the Big Red Dog and Bruce, the Bear will be here too!
